PLACING YOUR ORDER: To get started on your order, we require quote approval, artwork approval, and a 50% deposit. Final payment can be made at time of order completion. ARTWORK APPROVAL Please note that once your artwork & quote is approved, we go into the ordering process. Once you approve your order, we can only add to the order and cannot take away without passing along potential vendor restocking fees. If you choose to pay for your order using a credit card, please be aware that a 3% convenience fee will be added to the total amount. This adjustment allows us to continue providing competitive pricing for our services while maintaining the needed profit margin per order. We are always happy to accept business checks & cash. CLAIMS, SHORTAGES, & RE-ORDERS All claims for shortages or damaged goods must be made within 72 hours of pick-up. All re-orders must be placed within 3 business days of pick-up to receive the same initial pricing but require a minimum of at least 12 pieces. Re-orders placed after 3 business days of when you picked up are subject to pricing based on the quantity of your re-order along with a $30 screen set-up fee.*

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may either return your order for a full refund or exchange it. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. Some customized products may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us to request your refund.

Delivery Policy

California T's can offer complimentary local (Lubbock) delivery for orders over $1,000. If you do not qualify for complimentary delivery, we can add it to your bill for a flat $15 fee.
